Immortelle or helichrysum is a pleasant bedtime tea often used as a herb for deep relaxation and lucid dreaming. Among other applications, it is used as a sweet-scented relaxing meditative incense. Many use this incense for ceremonies, initiations and deep dream work. This species is better then Imphepho for lucid dreaming!

This species is better then Imphepho for lucid dreaming! We have found the flowers of several Helichrysum species to be particularly effective at improving chances at becoming lucid in a dream. 

Suggested Use: Steep 1 tsp of herb in 1 cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Drink during the evening or 30 minutes before bed for best results.
