Dream Catcher Botanicals LLC can not be held responsible for any seizure or damage by customs or postal officials/employees. We Dream Catcher Botanicals can not be held responsible for the consumption of these flowers in any way shape or form. If we find that you have purchased Blue Lotus or included in products from our website or Etsy shop and are in Louisiana/LA we will either cancel/refund your order or send the rest of your order.

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Catcher Botanicals LLC, its predecessors, successors, insurers, agents, employees and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, and agrees to reimburse Dream Catcher Botanicals LLC for any costs, attorney's fees and other expenses that may be incurred in defending against such claims.
