SHIPPING

We ship all items within 1-3 business weekdays of an order placement. No one is in the office on the weekends. We ship through USPS (the United States Postal Service). Packages under 1 pound go First Class Mail (3-5 day service), and packages over 1 pound ship via Priority Mail (2-3 day service) unless otherwise expressed or implied. Express (1-2 day service) shipping is an option on the web site. We can add a signature requirement to packages upon request, we can accommodate for this over the phone if need be. We do ship internationally however certain payments are not accepted for overseas orders(Shop Pay etc). If you are an international order please email us your address and the products you'd like to order and we will calculate shipping respectively. 

 

LOST PACKAGES

If a package gets lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen) we will absolutely re-ship the order. If the tracking information however says the package was ‘delivered,’ then this means USPS successfully delivered the package to the given address and our job has been effectively accomplished. If it says delivered, yet it’s lost anyway, we ask that before contacting us, you contact your local post office first (provide them the tracking number), then check with housemates, family or neighbors to see if they received the package without telling the intended customer. This scenario happens fairly often. Wind storms can also cause the package to roll over into a bush or off a front porch. USPS will not mark an order as delivered if it hasn’t been, so please look carefully.

 

PACKAGES SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS

If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the order was placed online by a customer, than the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has returned to us. So please, when ordering, make sure your shipping address is 100% accurate, as making any mistake could significantly delay the delivery.
