Suggested Use: Grind and/or steep 1-2 tsp tea blend in 1 cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Drink whenever your heart desires! Add your favorite creamer and sweetener to taste. Grinding this blend into coarse powder will bring out the teas full effect!
Cautions: Do not use if you are trying to conceive, are pregnant/lactating, have a medical condition or taking any medications. Consult with your doctor before using. Keep out of the reach of children.
